AssetView Select Series

The BEARAK AssetView Select Series offers a variety of manual searches that are conducted by our experienced field researchers and available on a nationwide basis. You will receive an abstract of their findings and copies of relevant documents. The AssetView Series products have different lead-times associated with obtaining the information. Priority service for some of the products is available on a fee basis.

The report will identify current ownership of real property, chain of title and conveyances. The report includes copies of deeds, mortgages, liens and any other encumbrances.
